Project and Program Leadership and Consulting Services
With a solid foundation of over 10 years working in pivotal and influential supply chain and commercial functions, I’ve been working in projects and programs for around 30 years. I’ve been doing that exclusively for almost 25 years. In that time I’ve seen the landscape change substantially.
I am a Prince2 practitioner, Leading SAFe certified and have worked with Prince 2 based methodologies, agile and scaled agile approaches, becoming intimately familiar with their sweetspots and applicability.

My overarching sense is that, whatever the project, whether IT, operational, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, construction, energy, civil engineering, in fact any challenging creation or change of something, the most critical success factors in optimal, effective project and program execution are the quality of the leadership, teams and resources, and the preservation of an unswerving focus on getting the right work done, for the right reasons, by the right people at the right time, to the right quality.
The governance, the methodology, the approach, the ways of working, the communication, the nuts and bolts of the delivery are clearly important.
What’s most important is that these elements support and enable the right work to be done for the right reasons, by the right people at the right time, to the right quality.
